ANNUAL EXCELLENCE AWARD 2026
Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2026 held
On 24th July, 2026, the management and staff of St. Charles College, Abavo successfully hosted the graduation and Excellence Award Ceremony for the graduating Primary 5 pupils and Senior Secondary School 3 (SS3) students.
The colourful event was attended by parents, guardians, invited guests, and well-wishers who gathered to celebrate the achievements of the graduating class. The ceremony featured inspiring welcome songs, an engaging debate, a thought-provoking talk show, mock news presentations, speeches, cultural dance displays, and the presentation of excellence awards to deserving students and staff. Also, prizes were as well given to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions in each classes both primary and secondary.
The school expresses its gratitude to all parents, guardians, guests, and supporters whose presence and contributions made the event a memorable success. The management remains committed to providing quality education and nurturing students for academic excellence and good moral character.
Award Summary include:
Best Science Student of the session was won by Ogbemudia Gift.
Best Arts student of the session was won by Iwegbu Kelechi.
Best sports boy of the session was won by Ijeh Joshua and
Best Sports girl of the session was won by Lucky Ada.
The Outstanding teacher of the year was won by Mrs. Simon Elizabeth.
Star Employee of the year went to Mr. Okoh Johnbull.
The Best teacher of the year for the primary section went to Miss Irabor Rejoice.
Most Well behaved of the session was won by student Okonta Jonathan.
